We ask you for your understanding as we use this property for the first time in this scale.

Please note that all participants under 18 years old must have a guardian (25 and older) physically present on the event grounds for the duration of his/her ward's stay. There will be daily check-ins to ensure all participants under 18 are physically present and healthy.

Sports are only for those that are 16 and up.

Guardians must register separately.
Guardians must be the age of 25 and up.
***Guardians must be from the same territory. (New England, East, Midwest, South, West)***

In regards to accommodations:

If you would like to stay with your family or friends please choose tenting or find accommodations off campus, our lodge space is very limited and we need to be flexible.

There will be no meal plan for this BCSF, please organize by Territory or individually.

In this year's BCSF, jersey's are mandatory for all registrants interested in participating in sports.
If you don’t have a jersey whether the region did not provide one or you missed on ordering one, please order a jersey through here.
It is mandatory for all those participating in sports to have a jersey that matches with their territory (region).
If you believe the territory coordinator (district coordinator) is still taking orders, please check with your respective territory coordinator first before continuing your registration.

The cost for the jersey is $40.

Code of Conduct Acceptance

BCSF VISION AND CODE OF CONDUCT

Our mission at the Blessed Culture and Sports Festival is to provide the platform where we can display our best form in sportsmanship and artistic expression and to share that with friends and family. This event is a time and place where we bring together the best of what our communities have to offer from around the country. Although we come from many different territory and backgrounds with differences in culture, our commonality is the shared values and beliefs that we have been given by our community of faith that binds us together. To honor that shared experience, it is very important to us that we are able to uphold a certain standard of behavior and attitude and do it where it is evoked from the best parts of ourselves. We speak of being a family and so we ask that everyone looks out for each other physically and spiritually. 

As a family friendly event, we ask that all the participants and attendees refrain from certain behaviors that reduce the quality and experience of everyone involved. Our code that we ask you to agree to abide by while you are at the BCSF is as follows:

REGISTRATION and PARTICIPATION

All persons on site must be registered for the event according to their participation level. Not being properly registered will result in being asked to leave the grounds. Registration is defined as:

  • Payment for any sports, cultural, spectator and/or accommodation arrangements
  • All sections of registrations forms MUST be filled out
  • This Code of Conduct must be signed and dated
  • Registration bands must be worn around the wrist throughout the duration of the event

Participation or observation of cultural events is reserved for participants aged 16 and above. Participation in sports events is reserved for participants aged 16 and above, exceptions are up to the team captain’s discretion

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

No possession, use or distribution of drugs, alcohol or tobacco products or substances considered illegal by the US Federal Government will be allowed.

With substantiated claims, the BCSF staff reserves the right to search the possessions of any individual suspected of any of these actions.

With substantiated claims, the BCSF staff reserves the right to outsource search methods, including but not limited to bringing a detection dog on campus. 

Any behavior associated with being under the influence of any of these listed above, will result in BCSF Core Staff taking any of the following actions at their discretion: 

  • Expulsion from the event
  • Forfeiture of any admission fees and immediate disqualification from any event
  • Parent(s) and/or immediate supervisor(s) will be informed and individual(s) will be asked not to return for a period of (2) years

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

The following behavior is deemed inappropriate and may result in being asked to leave AND/OR forfeiture of any admission fees AND/OR disqualification of any event for the following reasons:

  • Excessive noise after evening closing and before the first morning event
  • Any behavior which causes excessive physical or mental discomfort to fellow participants
  • Any verbal abuse or disrespectful language
  • Inappropriate attire
  • Tampering with BCSF equipment and/or disrupting any event, presentation or show

CURFEW AND ACCOMMODATIONS

All Participants must follow curfews and accommodation rules

Anyone not registered for accommodation must leave grounds by 12: 00 AM

All grounds will be OFF LIMITS from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day 

  • This excludes sleeping areas and the designated “Hang out” areas
  • “Hang out” areas will be closed at 2:00 AM.  At this time, all participants MUST return to their registered accommodation area (tent or dormitory)
  • There will be NO sleeping in any area except those designated as Official Accommodations by BCSF staff

Dormitories will be divided by gender.  No one of the opposite gender will be permitted in at any time.

Any individual without dormitory wristband will NOT be allowed in the dormitory area except for showers

MINORS and ON-SITE GUARDIANS 

Anyone under the age of 18 may not attend unless there is an adult guardian above 18 who is LEGALLY  responsible for their well-being and behavior. 

Both the minor and on-site guardian must sign a form of agreement before registration

Liability Wavier

If under 18, to be read and signed by the parents/guardian of the underage registrant.

IN CONSIDERATION OF myself, child/ward being allowed to participate in any way in the 2026 BCSF related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

The risks of injury and illness (ex: communicable diseases such as MRSA, influenza, and COVID-19) to my child from the activities involved in these programs are significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce these risks, the risks of serious injury and illness do exist; and,

1. FOR MYSELF, SPOUSE, AND CHILD/WARD, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for myself and/or child’s participation; and,

2. I willingly agree to comply with the program’s stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant concern in myself and/or child’s/ward's readiness for participation and/or in the program itself, I will remove myself/child/ward from the participation and bring such attention of the nearest official immediately; and,

3. I myself, my spouse, my child/ward, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS HSA-UWC and the BCSF Staff; its directors, officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property incident to my child’s involvement or participation in these programs, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. I, for myself, my spouse, my child/ward, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS all the above Releases from any and all liabilities incident to my involvement or participation in these programs, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. I, the parent/guardian, assert that I have explained to my child/ward: the risks of the activity, his/her responsibilities for adhering to the rules and regulations, and that my child/ward understands this agreement.

6. Please note- many states have laws that require certain individuals, such as camp staff, to report suspected child abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities. These laws aim to protect children and ensure that potential abuse is investigated.

I, FOR MYSELF, MY SPOUSE, AND CHILD/WARD, HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT WE HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

Family Registration

This will make the fee $0.
BCSF staff will reach out to you with a discounted fee for the family and you will pay at the door.
The fee you will see is not the final price.
It is simply calculated automatically via the system based on how much the standard fees are when each member registers individually.

Please note discount will vary depending on the number of family members.



Due to the limited availability for bunkbeds, we are prioritizing registrants who are staying for BCSF full time. If you are planning to stay only for the weekend or part of the BCSF program, please plan to tent or secure accommodation off campus.

Transportation

Please note:

- If you require shuttle coming from the airport and going to the airport, please select both.
Otherwise, please select only the shuttle you or your family require.
- The shuttles are only available on days and time listed above as options.

Shuttles will go to Indianapolis(IND) Airport only.

-Shuttles are Eastern Time.


Staff/Volunteering

All volunteers will be reimbursed 50% of the registration fee.
The fee will not automatically deduct 50%.

- Core staff will check your applications and upon confirmation of your volunteering, we will provide reimbursement.
