Guest Registration Form-HJ Cosmic Blessing 2025
This form is to be filled out by each Blessing guest who wishes to attend the Blessing festivities with the Blessing Group. If you are traveling in a family/group with the SAME flight itinerary, you may include them as additional guests on your form.
Please only register additional guests over the age of 2. Though children 2 and younger are welcome to join the festivities, there will be no additional charge for them and they do not need to be registered. All other children 3 and older will need to be registered and will have the same fee as adults.

Fee is $500 per person
Please note this registration is for you and anyone accompanying you in the SAME flight to South Korea to support the bride or the groom.
***Airport transportation to and from the venue will be only available through to those who arrive on April 10th, ideally during the day and depart in the afternoon on April 14th . If you arrive outside these dates and times you will need to arrange your own airport transportation.***
